THE
SPITTAL BUNKHOUSE
The Bunkhouse is attached to the main building and is equipped with central
heating, dehumidifier, electric kettles, Ladies and Gents changing rooms,
showers, WC and drying rooms. The Bunkhouse can sleep up to a maximum of
17 people in 3 rooms: 1x12, 1x1, 1x4
NOTE: COOKING IS PROHIBITED IN THE BUNKHOUSE

TO CONFIRM A RESERVATION
To confirm a room reservation a prepayment of £20.00 per room per
night is required.
To confirm a Bunkhouse reservation a prepayment of £5.00 per person
per night is required.
Prepayments by Switch, Delta or Credit Card ensures immediate confirmation
of booking. Prepayments by cheque to be made no less than 30 days prior
to arrival. Prepayments will be deducted from the final bill.
CANCELLATIONS
Room Cancellations with a minimum six weeks notice will qualify for a refund
of prepayment (less £10 admin. charge).
Room Cancellations of less than six weeks notice prepayments are not refundable
or transferable to a later date.
Bunkhouse Cancellations are not refundable or transferable.

All prices inclusive of VAT at 17.5%. Any legislated variation will be
applied to the above rates.
